A multi-degree graduate of Western Governors University and the University of Notre Dame, Ociel’s approach is rooted in both precision and principle. His life experiences — from overcoming major health challenges to leading teams across diverse industries — give him a deep respect for the people behind the numbers.

Ociel believes in old-school work ethic, client-first service, and doing things right the first time. Whether he's reviewing ledgers, mapping strategy, or helping a small business get its feet under it, he leads with integrity, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to your success.
